Monkeys are Eating my bandwidth!

That's it! It has to be those danged monkeys! I saw some data flow on one of their chins the other day, but I just ignored it. Now the monkeys are eating my bandwidth and I can't stop them because it takes an hour for the first one to load through internet explorer... because they've eaten my bandidth... clever little devils.
